Séchilienne Sidec Appoints Eléonore Joder as CFO
Séchilienne Sidec, an independent French energy producer, has appointed Eléonore Joder as chief financial officer (CFO).
Joder joins from Poweo Group, where she had been the CFO since July 2007. She joined Poweo as head of financing and treasury in 2006. Prior to that, Joder was the head of financing and treasury at Artemis (2001-2006), a holding company majority-owned by France’s Pinault family.
From 1990 to 2001, she performed various duties with Rhône-Poulenc Group, and subsequently with Rhodia Group, notably as part of the internal audit, trading floor, treasury and mergers & acquisitions departments.
Joder is a graduate of the Paris Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (ESCP Business School).
