ACI Worldwide Makes New Appointments to Leadership Team
ACI Worldwide has announced two executive appointments that it says are designed to help drive the company forward, maximise benefits from its industry alliances, and deliver improved solutions and services around the world.
Jonathan Elwyn has joined ACI from Accenture as vice president global alliances, and Ralph Dangelmaier has been promoted to the role of president, global markets and services. Both Elwyn and Dangelmaier will be reporting to ACI’s chief operating officer, Ron Totaro.
Elwyn will work across the organisation, with the global leadership team, to extend ACI’s framework, strategies, and programs for leveraging third parties to create more value for customers in their mission-critical payments systems. He brings experience and knowledge in creating and managing alliances from his 13 years at Accenture, where he most recently managed the relationship with IBM, as well as his previous experience in sales and marketing for Zenith Data Systems and Bull HN Information Systems.
Dangelmaier brings more than 20 years’ industry experience to this role including the past three years at ACI and the prior 10 years as CEO at P&H Solutions. Most recently, he was president of the Americas for ACI, managing all aspects of the channel organisation. In his new role, Dangelmaier will be focused on creating and leveraging best practices for how we sell, implement and support our solutions for all of ACI’s 750-plus customers around the world.
