Travelex Launches Payment Platform in Asia

Travelex Global Business Payments has expanded its GlobalPay Alliance (GPA) offering to the Asia-Pacific marketplace. Launched in Hong Kong, banks and financial institutions across Asia will now have access to the global payment platform, which the company says provides one secure point of entry to manage domestic and international payments and reconcile balances in most traded currencies.

GPA currently services more than 50,000 active users from financial institutions in the US, and over 50% of financial institutions in North America currently leverage Travelex, directly or indirectly, as their payment provider.
