Innophos Hires Neil Salmon as VP and CFO
Innophos Holdings, a specialty phosphate producer in North America, has hired Neil Salmon as vice president (VP) and chief financial officer (CFO). Salmon will be responsible for all financial activities of the Innophos companies, including the management of external financial relationships, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
Salmon comes to Innophos with nearly 20 years of experience in various finance and accounting positions with Imperial Chemical Industries (formerly known as ICI, which was acquired by AkzoNobel). Most recently, he served as CFO for ICI’s Adhesives Business Group, a US$2bn business unit with global operations.
Reporting directly to Salmon will be Mark Feuerbach, vice president, treasury, financial planning & analysis, and Charles Brodheim, corporate controller and chief accounting officer.
Salmon holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
