Eka Sofware Solutions Appoints Amit Sureka as CFO

Eka Software Solutions has appointed Amit Sureka as chief financial officer (CFO). Sureka will be responsible for Eka’s global financial activities including budgeting, analysis, reporting, regulatory compliances and merger and acquisitions (M&As).

Previously, Sureka was the group CFO of Jubilant Retail. Prior to that, he was the CFO and director of MphasiS BPO (MsourcE), where he helped grow the organisation into one of India’s larger players in IT/BPO sectors, and successfully structured the merger with EDS. He also served as vice president at Union Bank of California.

Sureka started his career with KPMG, where he worked in different capacities in the corporate finance and audit & business advisory team, and also worked on international listing assignments for KPMG’s clients.
