RBC Dexia Appoints Steven Braithwaite as Director of FX Trading
RBC Dexia Investor Services has appointed Steven Braithwaite as director of foreign exchange (FX) trading to lead a team of FX traders around the globe. Based in London, he will report to Morgan McDonnell, head of FX, and facilitate continued product expansion and increased market coverage for RBC Dexia, both regionally and across time zones.
Braithwaite joins RBC Dexia from Saxo Bank Capital Markets in Copenhagen, where he was global head of FX trading. Prior to this, he held progressively senior positions with RBC, including postings in London, Tokyo and Singapore. Roles with Nomura Bank International London and HSBC in London are also part of his background.
