Stream Global Services Appoints Dennis Lacey to CFO
Stream Global Services, a business process outsource (BPO) service provider, has appointed Dennis Lacey to the role of executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). Based in Wellesley, Mass and reporting directly to Scott Murray, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO), Lacey will lead the company’s global finance, treasury, taxation, real estate and procurement programmes.
A veteran of both corporate finance and the CRM industry, Lacey brings more than 25 years experience in a number of global service and investment firms. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, where he reached the level of partner before entering private industry. Lacey’s experience includes EVP and CFO of CKE Restaurants, a restaurant business owner of Carl’s Junior and Hardees, with more than US$1.5bn in revenues and 35,000 employees.
Following CKE Restaurants, Lacey was EVP and CFO of Teletech, a global customer relationship management (CRM) service provider. Teletech is a customer care service provider with historical revenues greater than US$1bn, 40,000 employees and offices in over 17 countries throughout the world. While at Teletech, Lacey built financial operating discipline and metrics to manage the business effectively, extended financial reporting across the organisation and managed the primary relationships with banks, investors and outside service providers. Over the past several years, he has also worked closely with various private equity, financial and investment firms in his most recent role of head of capital markets at Republic Financial Corporation, an international, private investment company.
