Tredegar Promotes O'Leary to Vice President, CFO and Treasurer

Tredegar Corporation, a global manufacturer of plastic films and aluminium extrusions, has promoted Kevin O’Leary, who served as vice president (VP), finance of Tredegar Film Products, to VP, chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer. In addition, Frasier Brickhouse, II, who served as director, corporate finance, has been appointed controller.

O’Leary joined Tredegar in 2008 as director, finance of Tredegar Film Products and was subsequently appointed as VP, finance of Tredegar Film Products. Prior to joining Tredegar, he was VP, finance – mergers and acquisitions of the Avery Dennison Retail Information Services Group, a division of Avery Dennison that provides interior and exterior ticketing, labelling and data management services to the textile industry. Previously, O’Leary’s professional career includes working three years as senior VP with The Berkshire Group, a private equity firm based on Boston, and 12 years in various positions of increasing responsibility in General Electric (GE).

O’Leary received a BA degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts in 1981.

Brickhouse was director, corporate finance from September 2006. He served as manager, corporate finance from June 2003 through August 2006, and as corporate planning manager from June 2000 through May 2003. Prior to joining Tredegar, Brickhouse served for five years in various positions of increasing responsibility with Coopers & Lybrand (predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers).

Brickhouse received a BSBA degree in accounting in 1988 and an MBA in 1997 from the University of Richmond.
