CardioNet Promotes Heather Getz to CFO
CardioNet, a wireless medical technology company, has promoted Heather Getz to senior vice president (SVP) and chief financial officer (CFO). Getz, who was previously vice president of finance, succeeds Marty Galvan, who left the company to pursue other career opportunities.
Prior to joining CardioNet in May 2009, Getz was vice president of finance at Alita Pharmaceuticals, a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company. She has also held several financial management positions at Viasys Healthcare and Sunoco. Getz is a certified public accountant (CPA) and received an MBA and BS in accountancy from Villanova University.
