Digital Power Promotes Assaf Itshayek to CFO

Digital Power Corporation, a manufacturer of high-grade power system solutions to military/defence, telecom/industrial and medical industries, has promoted Assaf (Assi) Itshayek to chief financial officer (CFO). Itshayek has been vice president of finance since June 2009.

Itshayek has more than 10 years of management and operational experience in corporate finance and accounting and in public accounting. He also has overseen the financial and accounting functions of publicly traded companies.

From 2006 through 2008, Itshayek served as corporate controller of Metalink. Before joining Metalink, Itshayek held various positions with Deloitte, including the position of senior audit manager.

Itshayek holds a MBA in financial management and a BA degree in business administration and accounting. He is a certified public accountant (CPA).
