RedBrick Health Appoints Gregg Waldon as CFO

RedBrick Health has appointed Gregg Waldon as chief financial officer (CFO). Waldon will oversee finance, investor relations, administration and human resources at the company.

Waldon has 25 years of finance and accounting experience that includes driving significant revenue growth over short periods of time; raising capital, including leading multiple initial public stock offerings; managing publicly traded companies; and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to RedBrick Health, Waldon served as senior vice president and CFO, secretary and treasurer for SoftBrands, where he helped grow revenue for the enterprise software company from US$69m to US$99m. He also served as CFO of Stellent, where he helped grow the enterprise software company’s revenue from US$2m to US$123m. Prior to Stellent, he served as CFO of GalaGen, a bio-pharmaceutical company. Waldon started his career in public accounting, first at Deloitte & Touche and then at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Bemidji State University and a master’s in finance from Colorado State University.
