Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing USA Hires Gerald DeCiccio as CFO

Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing USA, a fibre optic products manufacturer, has hired Gerald DeCiccio as chief financial officer (CFO). Jeff Watson, who has resigned as acting CFO of the company, will continue to serve as Worldwide’s president. To focus on his new role, DeCiccio has resigned as a director of the company.

DeCiccio served as a director of Worldwide from 1 June 2009. Since June 2007, he has been the vice president and corporate controller of Ritz Interactive. Prior to that, DeCiccio was CFO and a board member of GTC Telecom and its subsidiary, Perfexa Solutions, and CFO for National Telephone & Communications. In these roles, he managed the finance, accounting, SEC reporting, treasury, human resources, investor relations, and legal departments.

DeCiccio also held senior financial roles at Newport Corporation and Parker Hannifin, and was a supervising senior accountant for Ernst and Young. He has also been a member of the board of directors and audit committee for Interplay Entertainment and GT Data Corp.
