    GameStop Corp, a large video game and entertainment software retailer, has announced that Catherine Smith has resigned from her role of executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) to accept a position with Walmart International. Robert Lloyd, senior vice president and chief accounting officer (CAO), has been named interim CFO.
