Delphi Appoints Keith Stipp as Acting CFO
Following chief financial officer (CFO) John Sheehan’s departure to Mylan, a pharmaceutical company, effective 31 March 2010, Delphi Automotive has appointed Keith Stipp, currently treasurer, as acting CFO until the position is filled.
Sheehan joined Delphi in 2002 as chief accounting officer and controller. In March 2005, he was named acting CFO overseeing Delphi’s treasury, tax, mergers and acquisitions, internal and external reporting, internal control, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning and analysis. He was named vice president and chief restructuring officer, chief accounting officer (CAO) and controller in October 2005 and became CFO in October 2008.
Delphi has initiated an outside search for Sheehan’s successor.
