Constant Contact Appoints Bob Nault as Interim CFO
Constant Contact, a provider of email and event marketing and online survey tools, has appointed Bob Nault as interim chief financial officer (CFO). Nault is presently serving as the company’s vice president and general counsel.
Nault has over 15 years of executive leadership experience. Previously, he served as senior vice president (SVP) and general counsel at RSA Security, a provider of e-security technology solutions. In addition to serving as general counsel at other technology companies, he also served as SVP and general counsel at The Pioneer Group, a global investment management firm, and was a member of the corporate department at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr.
