CSS Industries Appoints Vincent Paccapaniccia as CFO

CSS Industries, a consumer products company, has appointed Vincent Paccapaniccia as chief financial officer (CFO), replacing Clifford Pietrafitta.

Paccapaniccia has over 25 years of leadership experience in both financial and operational positions. For the past 14 years, he served in various senior financial positions with ICT Group, most recently serving as its executive vice president (EVP), finance and administration and CFO. Prior to this, Paccapaniccia served in both financial and operational positions with Villeroy & Boch and with Lenox Incorporated, companies that design, manufacture and sell home living and lifestyle products. He began his financial career with the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. He holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a BS from La Salle University, and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
