Jinshan Gold Mines Appoints George Law as CFO

Jinshan Gold Mines, a mining company, has appointed George Law as chief financial officer (CFO).

Law’s credentials include a Bachelor of Accountancy (with Honours) and Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 14 years experience in the field of auditing and successful and proven records in assisting People’s Republic of China (PRC) enterprises in public company reporting. Law possesses sound knowledge in IFRS/HKFRS and PRC GAAP.

Law’s recent experience has included the rendering of professional services in connection with initial public offerings (IPOs) and merger and acquisitions (M&As) of listed companies, including that of China South City Holdings, a property developer listed in Hong Kong, and Zijin Mining Group Company, which was the first gold mining company listed in Hong Kong through an IPO.
