Integral Systems Announces CFO Transition
Chief financial officer (CFO) Bill Bambarger has announced his intention to resign from his position at Integral Systems, a provider of integrated technology solutions for satellite communications-interfaced systems, citing personal and health reasons. Bambarger will remain in his role to assist the company in the transition process until 31 July 2010. The company has commenced a search for a new CFO.
