Sonus Networks Appoints Wayne Pastore as CFO

Sonus Networks, a next generation IP-based network solutions provider, has appointed Wayne Pastore as senior vice president, chief financial officer (CFO). Pastore has served as interim CFO since February 2010 and vice president, finance, corporate controller and chief accounting officer (CAO) since May 2008.

Prior to joining Sonus, Pastore was director of financial planning and analysis of Sycamore Networks, an optical switching company. Prior to that, he was corporate controller of Spotfire, a business analytics software company, and corporate controller at eXcelon, a database software company. Pastore spent 13 years in public accounting prior to his work in-house. He has a BS in accounting from the University of Massachusetts/Lowell, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Suffolk University Law School.
