BNY Mellon Hires Pat Hobbs as Trust & Depositary UK Head of Sales
BNY Mellon Asset Servicing has appointed Pat Hobbs as head of sales and client management for its Trust & Depositary (UK) business. Hobbs will focus on sales and marketing, targeting all areas of the funds industry, and overseeing provision of a high quality trustee and depositary service to all unit trust and open ended investment company (OEIC) managers.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Hobbs was head of UK sales at RBS (Luxembourg) for five years. His 35-year career in finance also includes spells at consultancy group Chartron, Northumberland Group, Bankers Trust Company, Extel Financial and Hill Samuel Unit Trust Managers.
