EDB Appoints Jon Elde as CFO
EDB Business Partner has appointed Jon Elde as chief financial officer (CFO). Elde will take up his appointment by 1 November 2010. Elde is also proposed as CFO for the combined company EDB ErgoGroup.
Elde is currently CFO of GTB Invest. He has previously worked as the CFO of Ringnes, part of the Carlsberg Group, and in corporate development in Orkla and corporate finance KPMG. Elde holds a MBA from Manchester Business School and a BSc from the University of Southern California.
Vidar Nysæther is appointed as acting CFO until Elde takes up his appointment.
