SWIFT Certifies Nasarius as Partner in Nordic Market

SWIFT has certified Nasarius, a consultancy for cash and treasury management in the Nordic region, as a SWIFTReady Consultancy 2010. With SWIFTReady Consultancy certification, SWIFT and Nasarius agree to co-operate in raising the awareness and knowledge about SWIFT for corporates in the region.

Rob Van Peer, general manager of Nasarius, said: “We believe there is a big potential for SWIFT in the Nordic market. Nordic corporations have always been technically advanced. SWIFT has developed a solution for corporate-to-bank communication that is not only the most reliable and flexible solution but also a solution that is straightforward and cost-effective. It is the next generation of bank communication.”

Neil Gray, responsible for corporate sales in the UK and Nordics at SWIFT, added: “It is great that we now have a strong partner in the Nordic area to help us market the advantages of SWIFT to Nordic corporations. We have chosen Nasarius due to their excellent standing among Nordic corporations and banks, as well as their demonstrable skills and knowledge relating to bank connectivity and SWIFT.”

SWIFT and Nasarius will arrange a series of information sessions in the Nordic region in 2010 to demystify SWIFT’s solution for corporates. The aim would be to raise awareness and show how corporations of all sizes can take advantage of the benefits SWIFT offers. In addition to clarifying the technical solution, the sessions will also explain the financials behind the different options available for communication between banks and the corporates.
