Danone Appoints JP Morgan as Depositary Bank for ADR Programme
Danone, a healthy food company, has appointed JP Morgan as successor depositary bank for the company’s American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme.
Claudine Gallagher, global head of depositary receipts at JP Morgan, said: “We are proud to have been appointed depositary bank by Danone. We look forward to building a long term relationship with the company and helping it to benefit from the strong US demand that continues to exist for international equities.”
