Zenn Motor Appoints Larry Goldberg as CFO

Zenn Motor Company (ZMC), a Toronto-based zero emission transportation solutions developer, has appointed Larry Goldberg, chartered accountant (CA), as chief financial officer (CFO). Goldberg will be responsible for the overall management of the company’s finance and administration organisation, as well as regulatory compliance. He will directly assist the chief operating officer (COO) on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to business planning, budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and on-going funding considerations.

Goldberg will also work with the board of directors and the ZMC senior management team on the development and planning of business strategy, including financing plans, communications, project/product development, business acquisitions, etc. Goldberg succeeds Lawrence Schreiner, who served as ZMC’s CFO from 2006.

Goldberg joins with more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in both public and private companies. Most recently, he held the positions of executive vice president and CFO of Pinetree Capital, as well as CFO of Mega Uranium.
