Standard Chartered Appoints Simon Brookhouse as Global Head of Equities
Standard Chartered Bank has appointed Simon Brookhouse as global head of equities. Based in Hong Kong, Brookhouse reports to Lenny Feder, group head of financial markets.
In his new role, Brookhouse will be responsible for leading all aspects of Standard Chartered’s growing equities initiatives. He brings to Standard Chartered more than 20 years of equities experience. He was most recently based in London as chief executive officer (CEO) of execution Noble Group. In addition to a decade in Asia, Brookhouse also held positions at HSBC, as global head of equities, and with Merrill Lynch as head of equities (Europe) and global head of equity linked derivatives.
