FRSGlobal Adds Nancy Schneier and Wolfgang Prinz as Vice Presidents
FRSGlobal, a regulatory reporting and risk management firm, has appointed Nancy Schneier as vice president global alliances and Wolfgang Prinz as vice president product management.
Schneier joins with over 25 years’ experience of selling and delivering technology solutions in the financial services industry, managing partners and alliances programmes at companies, such as DST Global Solutions, Kurtosys Systems, Accenture and Broadridge. Prior to joining FRSGlobal, she managed DST Global Solutions’ New York business development operations. During her time at Kurtosys Systems, Schneier ran its North American operations and managed strategic partnerships. At FRSGlobal, she will be establishing a strategy for partnerships and alliances and will also provide her time and extensive management experience to the US team.
Prinz has over 20 years’ experience from various organisations including SunGard where he was vice president product and strategy, managing a number of products in the company’s portfolio, specifically those in the area of reconciliation and exception management. Previously, he ran product management at SmartStream Technologies for over eight years and prior to that he held positions in the controlling and organisation function at ICI Austria.
Schneier will be based in New York and Prinz will be based in Austria. Both will report to chief executive officer (CEO) Steve Husk. Kieran Leahy, former vice president product management, is now senior vice president of business development, focussing on merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities for the company.
