Advanced Energy's CFO Lawrence Firestone Resigns
Advanced Energy Industries, a company providing power and control technologies for high-growth, thin-film manufacturing and solar-power generation, has announced that Lawrence Firestone, executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO), has resigned to pursue other opportunities. John McMahon, vice president and corporate controller, will handle financial reporting, accounting and finance responsibilities until a replacement for Firestone can be named. Firestone agreed to provide advisory services to Advanced Energy for up to six months following his resignation.
