Roderick Hayslett Joins Endicott Biofuels as CFO

Endicott Biofuels (EBF), headquartered in Houston, has hired Roderick Hayslett as chief financial officer (CFO). Hayslett brings to Endicott 32 years of experience in finance and the financial markets and 20 years as a corporate officer.

Previously, he served as CFO of Northern Natural Gas, Transwestern Pipeline, Florida Gas Transmission and Citrus Corporation, and other related regulated and unregulated midstream energy subsidiaries managed by the Enron transportation services division. Over his 25-year career with these companies he led teams that placed US$2.8bn in bank facilities and US$2.7bn in private placement, as well as managed an integrated business with over US$7bn in assets and US$2bn in revenue. More recently, Hayslett was CFO for Galveston Bay Biodiesel, where he was responsible for all areas of finance, accounting and regulatory compliance.

Hayslett earned a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
