O2 Secure Wireless Appoints Albert Anderson as CFO
O2 Secure Wireless, a wireless tower facilities developer in the US, has appointed Albert Anderson, an experienced financial executive, as chief financial officer (CFO). Anderson will be providing strategic financial leadership, counsel, and support to the chief executive officer (CEO).
Anderson will be providing cash flow forecasting and management; budgeting, forecasting and financial projections; SEC reporting; assisting with capital raising; determining the optimal short-range and long-range capital structure for the O2 Secure Wireless and Earthcom Service. He will also develop financial and performance metrics to support monitoring and managing the daily operations of the companies; other financial and corporate activities as required.
Anderson has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&As), strategic planning, shareholder value creation, business reorganisation, banking relationships, debt/equity financing, SEC filings, contract negotiations, cash management, financial and executive coaching, government contracting, forecasting and budgeting. He is skilled at directing cross-functional teams and implementing workflow processes that improve productivity.
He has over 25 years of diverse business experience with a focus on hi-tech, manufacturing, and construction related companies. He has worked with emerging growth companies, turnarounds, global corporations, and managed multi-location companies.
