UniCredit Selects GTC's Trade Finance Platform

UniCredit has selected GTC’s @GlobalTrade Platform technology to build its trade finance applications for the group. GTC’s software will be integrated with UniCredit’s own systems and GTC developers will work closely with Unicredit’s global information and communications technology (ICT) company, UniCredit Global Information Services, in Milan, Munich, and Vienna.

“UniCredit’s main target is to provide its customers with trade services holding a genuine surplus value,” said Markus Wohlgeschaffen, head of global trade finance and services at UniCredit. “By integrating the GTC @GlobalTrade platform technology, we are putting ourselves at the forefront of the market for trade finance applications.”
