Luottokunta Selects Logica as Service Partner

Luottokunta, a card payment service provider in Finland, and Logica, a business and technology service company, have signed a four-year contract whereby Logica will manage the IT operating and infrastructure services of Luottokunta. As part of the contract, 16 payment specialists working currently in Luottokunta will transfer to Logica in October 2010.

Heikki Kapanen, chief executive officer (CEO) of Luottokunta, said: “By purchasing IT operating and infrastructure services from Logica, the amount of expertise and resources available to us will grow substantially without significant investments. We can stay focused on building and expanding our core competency and competitive positioning within the ever evolving card payment services market.”
