JLT Group Manages Risk in the Cloud with Xactium

JLT Group, an international group of risk specialists and employee benefits consultants, has selected Xactium’s cloud-based risk management solution for its global business. The group will use Xactium’s Risk Manager Application to manage and monitor all of their risks and controls across the entire group, which currently consists of over 60 business entities across the globe.

John Shelton, group operational risk manager at JLT Group, said: “We reviewed current software products for risk management and selected Risk Manager because we knew we could achieve a fast roll out to all our businesses worldwide. The functionality of Risk Manager met all our business requirements and this, coupled with easy configurability and delivery of the functionality using the Force.com platform, gave us confidence that we could deliver one solution to all our group companies. As an existing user of the CRM from Salesforce.com we are comfortable with the approach of using ‘cloud’-based computing solutions where the business requirement warrants it.”
