Ram Power Appoints John O'Neill as CFO

Ram Power, a renewable energy company, has appointed John O’Neill as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). O’Neill will take over from Paul Zavesov, who will be transitioning to a senior role in business development.

O’Neill was most recently at EGB Consulting, where he provided guidance on debt and capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, business sales and turnaround management and recapitalisation. Prior to EGB, he served as CFO and treasurer of Homeland Renewable Energy, which specialises in biomass renewable energy. O’Neill was also CFO and treasurer of the Environmental Power Corporation, CFO and treasurer of Constellation NewEnergy, and also worked as a certified public accountant (CPA) and senior manager for KPMG. He holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley University.
