Brinker International Promotes Guy Constant to CFO
Brinker International, a casual dining restaurant company, has announced the resignation of chief financial officer (CFO), Charles Sonsteby, effective 1 October 2010. Sonsteby will be leaving the company to assume an executive position with a private retail company.
Guy Constant, currently senior vice president (SVP) of finance and Chili’s Grill & Bar CFO, will assume the responsibilities of Brinker’s executive vice president (EVP) and CFO. Constant has served in leadership roles in finance, compensation and investor relations since joining the company in 2004.
