SouFun Holdings Appoints JP Morgan as Depositary Bank

Chinese real estate website operator, SouFun Holdings, has appointed JP Morgan as depositary bank after raising US$143m via an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

“JP Morgan’s depositary receipts team brought to the table unparalleled experience when it comes to launching an ADR programme,” said Vincent Mo, executive chairman of the board of directors, SouFun. “From day one, the JP Morgan team demonstrated an impressive level of insight, ensuring we were able to execute this important stage of our strategic expansion plans.”
