Lithium Americas Appoints Ian Fodie as CFO
Lithium Americas Corp has appointed Ian Fodie as chief financial officer (CFO). Fodie replaces Raymond Mitchell, who is resigning to pursue other interests.
Fodie has had an extensive career, including most recently serving as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Woulfe Mining, as the CFO for Resinco Capital Partners, and former CFO and vice president of operations at Mainframe Entertainment.
Fodie studied at the University of Otago in New Zealand where he received his Bachelor of Commerce degree. Fodie obtained his chartered accountant (CA) designation from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
