Impinj Promotes Evan Fein to CFO
UHF Gen 2 radio frequency identification (RFID) technology provider Impinj has promoted Evan Fein to chief financial officer (CFO). Fein is currently senior vice president of finance, having been with the company since its founding in 2000.
In that time, Fein has managed finance and administration activities for Impinj including several equity and debt transactions along with the company’s acquisition of Intel’s RFID business unit in July of 2008. He has more than 18 years of finance and operations experience, including the role of general manager at T-Mobile (formerly VoiceStream Wireless) where he oversaw financial planning and corporate acquisitions as the company grew from 100 to 12,000 employees.
Fein holds a BS in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Washington.
