Lloyds Banking Group Expands Global Financial Institutions Team

Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets is strengthening its global financial institutions (GFI) team with a number of senior hires as it looks to further client, geographical and product expansion.

Mark Grant, managing director and head of GFI, is building the capability of the team in response to client requirements: Adam Daniels, former partner at Ernst & Young in London, joins as global head of specialist finance and intermediaries, and Mandeep Ahluwalia, former head of developed markets at Standard Bank, joins as managing director of relationships for global banks.

Both hires are into the GFI division of Lloyds Banking Group’s corporate banking business, which has been expanding, in particular, its capital markets offering as well as its product and geographical coverage.
