Dutch Gold Appoints Steve Keaveney as CFO

Dutch Gold Resources has appointed Steve Keaveney, certified public accountant (CPA), as chief financial officer (CFO). Keaveney has assumed responsibilities for the company’s financial functions and compliance reporting. He has significant merger and acquisition (M&A) experience, and corporate finance expertise, making him an important addition to the board of directors.

Keaveney brings 24 years experience in finance and business development. He began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche. He received a BA in accounting from Villanova University and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. Early in his career, Keaveney built a cable television company in Ireland, which he sold in 1999. He has subsequently acted as CFO or CEO for both public and private companies.
