BNP Paribas Securities Services Launches Planetshares

BNP Paribas Securities Services has launched Planetshares, a new web-based solution providing clients with a full range of tools to manage their employees’ global compensation and benefits plans.

As corporations continue to globalise while local tax regulations require closer monitoring of taxable events, the Planetshares solution enables companies to track employee shareholders’ personal and professional mobility. It also provides advanced tools to calculate withholding tax cross-referenced with employees’ mobility.

Planetshares is a multi-lingual and interactive modular website, that clients can customise with their own logo and style. It includes:

• My Tools: for managing employees’ compensation and benefit plans.
• My Reports: for producing reports and statistics related to shareholders.
• My Plans: for employee shareholders to manage their share portfolio and trade online in real time.
• My Shares: for non-employee shareholders to consult their share portfolio and trade online in real time.
