Molina Healthcare of Florida Promotes Eurica Sadler-Lane to CFO

Molina Healthcare of Florida has promoted Eurica Sadler-Lane to chief financial officer (CFO) of its health plan, a subsidiary of Molina Healthcare. Previously, Sadler-Lane served as the director of finance for Molina Healthcare of Florida for over two years.

In her new role, Sadler-Lane will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including providing leadership and vision necessary to ensure financial strength. As CFO, she will also oversee aspects of member enrolment, IT reporting, claims encounter submissions and facilities.

As director of finance, Sadler-Lane managed financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and enrolment for Molina Healthcare of Florida. Before joining Molina Healthcare, Sadler-Lane held positions at Cardinal Health, First Data Corporation and HIP Health Plan of Florida. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the Association of MBAs. Sadler-Lane earned a MBA from Bellevue University and a BA degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.
