Broadridge Launches Mobile ProxyVote Platform

Broadridge Financial Solutions will make the ProxyVote.com platform available on mobile data devices such as smartphones and tablets in early 2011.

“Mobile ProxyVote is yet another of the technological innovations Broadridge has pioneered to improve and encourage more shareholder voting and enhanced shareholder communications,” said Joseph Vicari, vice president, business strategy and development, Broadridge. “The sophisticated graphical user interface is customised to be used with an array of mobile devices – including the market leading iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry smartphones, and Android phones – and will seamlessly integrate with Broadridge’s ProxyVote.com platform.”
