BA Appoints Deutsche Bank as Depositary Bank for ADR Programme
British Airways (BA) has appointed Deutsche Bank as successor depositary bank for the sponsored level I American depositary receipt (ADR) programme. BA is a global premium airline and operates a worldwide air cargo business, largely in conjunction with its scheduled passenger services.
Akbar Poonawala, head of global equity services at Deutsche Bank, said: “We are delighted to be selected as successor depositary bank for this notable programme. We look forward to working with British Airways to further enhance its ADR investor relations and to develop the programme further.”
