SGCIB Appoints Peter McGahan as Head of Pan-European Cash Equity Sales
Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (SGCIB) has appointed Peter
McGahan as global head of pan-European cash equity sales. McGahan joins from Citigroup, where he spent the past 20 years in various roles including head of
equity products sales and distribution, Europe, as well as a senior relationship manager.
Based in London, McGahan will be responsible for strengthening the cash equity sales franchise in Europe. He reports to David Escoffier, global co-head of global equity flow.
McGahan replaces Anne Bellavoine, who has taken a new role as a client relationship manager for financial institutions within the bank’s coverage and investment banking division.
