Citibank Offers US Small Business Customers Free Chequing for a Year

Citibank has launched a promotion to offer free chequing to new and existing US business customers for one year. The promotion runs through 31 March 2011. The offer is part of Citibank’s renewed commitment to serving the needs of small businesses, which are crucial to job creation and economic recovery in the US.

The promotion gives qualifying small business customers who open a CitiBusiness Streamlined or Flexible Chequing account free chequing for a year, providing them with greater flexibility, value and support.

“Citibank is proud to offer this incredible value as part of our commitment to help small businesses grow and succeed,” said Raj Seshadri, the head of small business banking at Citibank. “By offering free chequing for one year, we want to encourage more small business owners to learn about the many benefits of a relationship with Citibank. Moreover, we want to do our part to support small businesses as they continue to recover and grow as the economy improves.”
