Revstone Names Janice Stipp as CFO

Revstone Industries, a provider of services related to the design, engineering, manufacture, and marketing of products for the automotive and commercial trucking industries, has appointed Janice Stipp as chief financial officer (CFO). In this role, she will oversee the financial activities of the company with a focus on establishing a corporate financial staff to manage and consolidate financial results for multiple divisional entities, facilitate continued merger and acquisition activities, ensure execution of restructuring plans for current divisions, and focus on optimal capital structure for the company. She will also have responsibility for IT and administration.

Stipp has an extensive background, with over 25 years experience in the automotive industry. Her past experiences include four years as CFO and vice president for Acument Global Technologies, a Platinum Equity portfolio company, and two years as CFO and executive vice president (EVP) of administration for GDX Automotive, a Cerberus Equity portfolio company. Additionally she has held various financial positions at GM, SPX and Oxford Automotive. Stipp holds an MBA from Wayne State University and received her BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.
