Payments Expert Howard Polack Joins Aite Group

Howard Polack has joined Aite Group as a senior analyst covering the payments space, including prepaid cards and merchant acquiring. Polack brings to Aite Group more than 20 years of hands-on experience working with payments products at start-ups and large banking institutions. He has been responsible for product innovation and business development as well as operations, technology, and compliance.

Before joining Aite Group, Polack served as product manager with Springbok Services, a prepaid card processor and marketer, where he led product development activity, including strategic acquisitions, business development, market expansion, and the development of six new product lines. Prior to this, he was a business manager at Merchant Bankcard and a senior vice president (SVP) at FirstMerit Bank. He also worked at KeyBank as a SVP in a number of roles, including consumer payments business development, e-commerce management, and global treasury management.
