HSBC Trade and Supply Chain Makes Senior Appointments in Asia

HSBC trade and supply chain has appointed two key senior management roles in Malaysia and Indonesia: Wei Wei Ng has been appointed head of trade and supply chain in Malaysia, while Jeffrey Tjoeng (Jee) has been appointed head of trade and supply chain in Indonesia.

Prior to this new role, Ng was regional director for commercial banking in the northern region of Malaysia, where she was responsible for building a very successful business banking franchise within the region. She has previously held positions in Malaysia including senior vice president (SVP) of Malaysian and multinational corporates for commercial banking and head of product management for global payments and cash management.

Tjoeng was previously head of business banking in Indonesia, where he was responsible for leading HSBC’s business banking unit in the region. He has previously held positions in HSBC Indonesia in commercial banking, personal financial services, operations and HSBC securities services.
