VISTAtsi Promotes Terry Hill to CFO
VISTA Technology Services, Inc (VISTAtsi), an employee-owned data management and real property consultancy, has promoted Terry Hill to chief financial officer (CFO). As part of his new role, Hill will assume overall responsibility for VISTAtsi’s human resources (HR) and administration functions. In addition, he will oversee day-to-day financial activities and record keeping for the company, including preparation of various financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and future earnings and expense projections. He will also be in charge of financial strategy and forecasting as well as special reporting requirements for regulatory authorities.
Hill’s past experience includes financial data analysis in a wide variety of areas including personnel and administrative systems and services, major army programmes, and corporate finance. He has been responsible for the analysis and development of automated information systems supporting the US Army and has provided analysis on facility utilisation, condition assessments, capacity studies, stationing scenarios, new construction programmes, and force structure plans.
Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern College, a MBA, Management degree from Golden Gate University, and is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College.
