Nick Wakefield to Represent gtnews Sales in Asia-Pacific

C-Stream, the publisher of gtnews.com, bobsguide.com and Global Treasury Briefing, has appointed Nick Wakefield as the Asia-Pacific sales representative of gtnews. Wakefield has worked in Asia for the past two years in both Hong Kong and Sydney and previously ran the commercial operations of Asia Risk, as well as working on projects in Mongolia, China and Indonesia for Euromoney. Prior to this, he was based in London and ran the commercial operations of Risk magazine. He has over 10 combined years of publishing experience.

Commenting on the appointment, gtnews chief executive officer (CEO) Mike Hewitt said: “We are delighted to welcome Nick on board as our representative in the Asia-Pacific region. Nick will work closely with our Asia bureau chief, Richard Hartung, to ensure that we offer the best service possible to treasurers and the banks who work with them in this fast-developing area. Already a quarter of gtnews readers are in Asia-Pacific and we look forward to welcoming many more.”
